Leads design for new and renovated Panera cafés, coordinating layouts, design development, construction documents, and external consultants to meet brand, business, schedule, and code requirements.
What you'll do
- Develop site and functional layouts, schematic designs, and furniture, material, and finish palettes for new and remodeled cafés.
- Manage outside architects and design consultants; review drawings and documentation for design quality, code compliance, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with franchise partners and cross-functional teams to deliver projects in line with Panera’s brand and business goals.
