Sr. Manager, Software Engineer - Mobile

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, hire, and develop mobile engineers; establish performance expectations and engineering standards.
• Own mobile technical roadmaps, architecture, production stability, and delivery outcomes across Android, iOS, and React Native.
• Partner with Product, Design, architects, and platform teams to plan features, guide technical decisions, and manage delivery risks.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of professional mobile development experience, with strong hands-on Android native experience and increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading engineering teams and owning delivery outcomes; ready to assume iOS and React Native team ownership within the first 3–6 months.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDKs, Git, Android build tooling; working knowledge of Java and XML layouts.
• Experience with Android architecture patterns, Agile/Scrum, ADA-compliant apps, testing and quality practices, production support, mobile security, and REST APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or React Native.
• Experience with automated testing, dependency injection, background services, mobile CI/CD, or app monitoring tools.

Pay

$127,461 - $152,953 annually (base salary)
