AI Research Scientist (NLP)

What you'll do

• Train deep learning models and experiment with large-scale synthetic datasets to detect AI-generated content.
• Develop model improvements and research topics such as adversarial robustness and interpretability; publish findings.
• Ship and deploy production code, build infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering and product teams.

What they ask for

• Ph.D and/or 3-5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or related areas.
• First-author publications in major AI venues or significant contributions to AI products in industry.
• Deep understanding of generative models and how they work.
• Experience training neural networks in PyTorch at scale; familiarity with recent technical developments in LLMs.

Nice to have

• Experience with synthetic data, adversarial robustness, or interpretability; experience or publications in NLP or computational linguistics.
• Experience with AI infrastructure / distributed systems.

$150K – $400K USD base salary
