Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Design experiments and analyze merchant lifecycle and partner portfolio performance to guide growth while managing risk.
• Build and deploy models forecasting merchant repayment behavior, and assess the impact of servicing interventions.
• Develop data pipelines, automated processes, and internal tools that support company analyses, models, and operations.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Apply statistical reasoning, causal inference, metrics, and machine learning to business problems.
• Write reliable, tested code and contribute to model and data infrastructure.
• Demonstrate business judgment, collaboration, leadership, and ability to execute high-impact projects.

Nice to have

• Management experience.

Pay

$200k - $260k + EQ (base salary); $265-330k + EQ (base salary)
