What you'll do
- Manage, hire, coach, and develop a team of applied AI, ML, and Product engineers while remaining hands-on in production code.
- Own matching, ranking, retrieval, and personalization models, including data strategy, model design, training, and evaluation.
- Build reliable LLM-powered workflows and trust-and-safety systems, and set the team roadmap and technical direction.
