About the job
Own Parallel’s contract management operations and negotiate routine commercial agreements, escalating out-of-playbook issues to counsel.
What you'll do
- Administer Ironclad end-to-end, including building and maintaining workflows, routing approvals and signatures, troubleshooting, and maintaining a reliable contract repository.
- Negotiate smaller commercial agreements, such as NDAs and order forms, within the playbook; triage other issues and recommend next steps to counsel.
- Use AI tooling for first-pass contract markup and playbook checks.
What they ask for
- 5+ years in contracts, legal operations, or commercial legal support at a technology or SaaS company.
- Hands-on Ironclad administration experience, including building and debugging workflows.
- Independent negotiation experience and familiarity with prioritizing contract issues.
