About the job
Own the transition of autonomous rail vehicles from prototype to production by designing and scaling a greenfield manufacturing facility, assembly processes, and production tooling.
What you'll do
- Lead NPI and establish repeatable assembly processes, station layouts, sequencing, and production capacity.
- Specify and source fixtures, tooling, and capital equipment; partner with engineering to address DFM issues and lead PFMEA for critical processes.
- Develop manufacturing documentation and collaborate with quality engineering on production data, process controls, and inspection.
