What you'll do
- Develop testing frameworks for on-vehicle software and cloud services, plus hardware test stands.
- Maintain the CI pipeline and build internal tooling with hardware and software teams.
- Contribute to regulatory documentation and, when appropriate, lead projects and testing strategy.
What they ask for
- 3+ years of software development experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JS) and systems languages (e.g., C++/Rust).
- Professional experience, or a high interest, in software test infrastructure and reasoning about correctness, performance, and system design.
- Experience with both hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing and software-in-the-loop (SITL) simulations.
- Working proficiency with Linux and the software test/build/deploy lifecycle; demonstrated technical leadership, direction-setting, and mentoring.
Nice to have
- 2+ years building test software and/or internal tooling, including for hard tech products.
- Safety-critical domain experience; rail control systems knowledge is a strong plus.

$140,000 — $164,000 USD (base salary)
