Leads Parker’s credit underwriting operations, managing the analyst team, credit policy, decision processes, and portfolio performance across corporate card and lending products.
What you'll do
- Lead credit analysts evaluating new and existing applicants and refine credit policies, approval thresholds, and risk segmentation.
- Assess financial, bank, and alternative data; partner with Risk, Data, and Product teams to improve automation and scoring models.
- Monitor portfolio performance, support Sales and Success with credit decisions, and build a scalable underwriting team.
