Leads the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of AI agent solutions for enterprise customers and partners.
What you'll do
- Translate customer needs into scalable conversational workflows and architectures, and develop agent behavior using prompts, embeddings, and structured workflows.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems; test, troubleshoot, and iteratively improve production performance.
- Advise customers and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams to deliver and scale solutions.
