What you'll do
- Design end-to-end architectures and build integrations across enterprise systems using platforms and APIs.
- Scope deployments, test architecture and agent performance, and resolve integration blockers with customers and internal teams.
- Translate customer requirements and workflows into prompts and conversational flows; refine voice output and document best practices.
