What you'll do
- Own strategic customer deployments from value thesis through production and expansion, managing business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate customer needs into reusable product capabilities; build prototypes, make product changes, and create business plans hands-on.
- Represent customers to Product and Product to customers, and feed validated learnings into the roadmap.
