What you'll do
- Partner with the CTO on technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap priorities, balancing near-term goals with scalability and reliability.
- Own engineering execution, team development, recruiting, performance, and organizational growth from 15 to 40+ engineers.
- Improve engineering processes, standards, cross-functional collaboration, and metrics for delivery, quality, and recruiting.
