Build and operate Trust & Safety systems and infrastructure to detect, investigate, and mitigate abuse while supporting reliable product engineering.
What you'll do
- Design AI-powered real-time decision and policy-enforcement systems, plus tooling to monitor abuse and improve detection.
- Build scalable, secure backend infrastructure and enforcement workflows, including escalations and appeals.
- Partner across Operations, Support, Data Science, Product, and Engineering; participate in Trust & Safety incident on-call.
What they ask for
- At least 2 years of Trust & Safety experience.
- Experience building enforcement systems end-to-end and familiarity with consumer-social abuse vectors.
- Experience with serverless or event-driven systems at scale, CI/CD, and observability systems.
