Advise corporate clients on carbon markets, climate claims, carbon budgets, and decarbonization strategies, while supporting climate-project diligence and commercial decisions.
What you'll do
- Guide clients on carbon-market strategy, sustainability investments, and decarbonization pathways, including climate claims and reporting.
- Develop emissions scenarios, carbon budgets, business cases, and diligence frameworks for climate projects.
- Partner with clients and internal teams as a climate subject-matter expert to support procurement and shape offerings.

- 10+ years of experience in sustainability strategy, carbon markets, or climate advisory; applied corporate and/or consulting experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of carbon markets, net-zero frameworks, and corporate decarbonization strategies.
- Experience executing or advising on sustainability investment business cases and carbon credit procurement.
- Ability to work from the San Francisco office a few days a week.

- Project development and/or climate investment experience.
- Expertise in lifecycle assessments (LCA), climate risk modeling, policy, or productizing services and building recurring revenue models.
