About the job
Manages global sourcing and supplier operations for hardware components, from supplier selection and validation through production, procurement, and component strategy.
What you'll do
- Source suppliers, materials, and services; run RFQs, cost modeling, and negotiations.
- Manage supplier capacity, quality, delivery, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Coordinate component validation and cross-functional component strategy from RFQ through mass production.

- Experience sourcing electromechanical or industrial components and supporting products from prototype through mass production.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles; ability to run RFQs, build should-cost models, and negotiate cost reductions.
