About the job
Leads Mission Control operations to provide continuous remote monitoring and support for robotic weld cells across the customer fleet.
What you'll do
- Build and staff weekday, weekend, and overnight coverage; lead and develop Mission Control specialists across shifts.
- Serve as a customer and template consultant escalation point, triage fleet issues, and report coverage and performance status.
- Coordinate operational improvements, release rollouts, and change management for CMMC and CUI.
