What you'll do
- Create and maintain documentation for templating standards, workflows, and edge cases; spot-check work and coach the team on quality.
- Manage schedules, team capacity, assignments, and changing customer or production priorities.
- Onboard and train team members, assess their work during ramp-up, and balance hands-on templating with process improvement.
