About the job
Leads factory layout, material flow, and continuous improvement for the production of robotic welding cells as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Plan new-facility production layouts and manage production transitions with minimal disruption.
- Improve factory flow and performance through value-stream mapping, lean events, capacity modeling, and KPI tracking.
- Develop standard work, tooling, material presentation, and cross-functional fixes with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and design teams.
