Owns full-cycle recruiting for AI research, machine learning, robotics, and advanced software engineering roles, while supporting other business hiring needs.
What you'll do
- Partner with technical leaders to define roles, hiring strategies, and success profiles; source and engage candidates and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Develop relationships with universities, research labs, and academic programs, and improve interview processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
- Maintain recruiting data in Greenhouse, use metrics to guide decisions, and represent Path’s mission and culture to candidates.
