Owns Patlytics’ data warehouse, pipelines, billing and usage data models, and business reporting while writing production code and setting technical direction.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and operate the data warehouse, transformation layer, and reliable ingestion pipelines.
- Develop data models supporting usage metering and billing; establish standards for data quality, testing, documentation, and monitoring.
- Build and maintain BI and reporting, and partner with the CTO and stakeholders to turn business questions into useful data models.
What they ask for
- Production experience building and operating a data warehouse and transformation layer using Snowflake, dbt, Redshift, or comparable tools.
- Hands-on BI and visualization experience, including underlying data models and business metric definitions.
- Prior experience supporting a billing system and understanding the impact of inaccurate billing data.
- Strong production Python experience and advanced SQL.
Nice to have
- Front-end experience building internal tools and reporting interfaces.
