What you'll do
- Own people operations systems, data, job architecture, workflows, and leadership reporting.
- Run compensation and performance programs, including leveling, equity guidelines, reviews, calibration, and manager enablement.
- Lead compliance, global employment operations, recruiting, employee relations, and workforce planning.
