Supports go-to-market, product, partnerships, and marketing by translating patent-practice needs into customer education, product feedback, and practical use of Patlytics’ AI-powered platform.
What you'll do
- Engage patent professionals, lead consultative demos and trainings, and support customers from initial discussions through adoption.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on use cases, roadmap priorities, release testing, and quality assurance; synthesize customer feedback.
- Support pilots and collaborate with Marketing on accurate, relevant customer-facing materials.
