Senior Product Designer

What you'll do

• Own design across patent search, claim charting, portfolio analysis, prosecution, and litigation-support workflows, from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Conduct user research with patent attorneys, IP counsel, and legal operations teams; observe deployments and real product usage.
• Design transparent, verifiable interfaces for AI insights and create scalable design patterns across the product.

What they ask for

• 6+ years of product design experience and a strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex, workflow-heavy products.
• Demonstrated ability to design for AI-powered products, including addressing uncertainty, confidence, variable outputs, and user trust; shipped solutions in this area.
• Precise communication tailored to different audiences.
• Ability to take ownership, drive projects to completion, and proactively close feedback loops.

Nice to have

• Experience with vertical AI/LLM products or agent-based systems; startup or early-stage experience building processes from scratch.
• Familiarity with the patent lifecycle, including prosecution, litigation, portfolio management, search, and analytics.
