Leads Patreon’s platform and infrastructure engineering teams and sets the strategy for reliable, scalable services and developer platforms supporting its product.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow platform and infrastructure teams across backend services, APIs, reliability, developer platforms, and AI enablement.
- Own the technical strategy and roadmap for platform scaling, reliability, performance, capacity planning, and developer productivity.
- Establish operational excellence and mentor engineering leaders while partnering with product and cross-functional teams.
