- Own growth strategy for 100–150 creators, prioritizing by opportunity and risk and delivering cohort programming and priority one-to-one strategy sessions.
- Develop data-backed recommendations, track results, and respond to creator questions and feedback.
- Identify portfolio-wide trends and partner with product and other teams to improve creator experiences, tools, and processes.
