What you'll do
- Source, vet, contract, onboard, engage, and retain experts; manage assignments, quality reviews, blockers, and payments.
- Partner with research and delivery teams to define required expertise and match experts to projects.
- Build and improve expert sourcing, quality, incentive, and operational systems; track funnel metrics and use data to remove bottlenecks.
