What you'll do
- Oversee shift managers and teams, coordinate shift plans, and ensure production and labor targets are met.
- Support supervisors with personnel, quality, safety, and employee-relations matters; communicate operational updates across shifts and departments.
- Develop and implement operating procedures to address problems and improve process quality.
