Leads a Sunday–Wednesday overnight warehouse shift in Hebron, KY, managing supervisors and staff to meet operational, safety, quality, and shipping goals.
What you'll do
- Lead 4–6 supervisors and up to 250 warehouse staff; plan shift staffing and labor to meet daily goals.
- Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and on-time shipping; coach and train associates and supervisors.
- Coordinate across shifts and support teams, address employee relations issues, and uphold workplace policies.
