Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs warehouse equipment and automated material-handling systems at a new distribution center.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyors, sortation systems, and other equipment.
- Use CMMS to manage work orders, maintenance records, parts inventory, and schedules; troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs.
- Support equipment installation and commissioning, safety compliance, and training for junior maintenance staff.
What they ask for
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience; 3+ years of basic trades experience and troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480v.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs.
- Experience with CMMS software and diagnostic tools; ability to operate PIT equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the stated physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Nice to have
- 3+ years with automated conveyor systems, a maintenance apprenticeship, and experience repairing material handling equipment.
- Technical certification and an associate degree or higher in a related field.
