About the job
An Operations Intern supports ecommerce operations through data analysis, reporting, monitoring, and process improvement projects.
What you'll do
- Pull, clean, validate, and maintain operational data from multiple sources; build and refresh reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Monitor inventory, orders, and shipments, investigate anomalies and operational questions, and summarize findings and recommendations.
- Document reporting processes and identify ways to automate recurring work; complete an internship project and share findings.
