Leads customer KYC onboarding and ongoing due diligence operations, including team management, case escalation, controls remediation, and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Manage KYC queues, quality, turnaround times, and team capacity; review complex cases and coach staff.
- Own KYC policies and procedures, and lead remediation of control gaps and audit or regulatory findings.
- Improve KYC workflows and tooling, including governed automation and AI use; report operational performance and risks to senior management.

Pay
$156,000 – $178,425 USD base salary; 15% Annual Salary USD bonus
