About the job
Leads the design and delivery of People programs, systems, analytics, and compliance processes across geographies, including integration of acquired employees.

- Oversee People programs such as engagement surveys, onboarding, compliance, and systems/vendor renewals.
- Improve HR systems, automation, reporting, and dashboards to support accurate, scalable operations and executive decision-making.
