What you'll do
- Implement and support Paxos products with customer technical and operational teams, including education, project management, testing, and integration consulting.
- Manage operational requests and integration reliability, including monitoring, error recovery, reconciliations, data quality, and environment hygiene.
- Coordinate releases and integration changes, and document shared patterns, runbooks, FAQs, and reporting.
