Account Manager

What you'll do

• Manage merchant relationships, account health, onboarding, and customer satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Develop account strategies, maintain senior stakeholder relationships, and pursue new business, retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, manage sales pipelines and forecasts, and address risks to merchant retention.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in account management, client success, or sales; payments or financial services experience is specified as ideal.
• Understanding of e-commerce, merchant services, and payment solutions; proven account-growth and quota achievement experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Nice to have

• Experience in travel, entertainment, media, everyday spending, or QSR segments.
• Payments or financial services industry experience.

USD $103,000.00 - $152,900.00 annually base pay; USD $206,000.00 - $305,800.00 annually total target cash; USD $93,500.00 - $139,150.00 annually base pay; USD $187,000.00 - $278,300.00 annually total target cash; USD $89,000.00 - $132,000.00 annually base pay; USD $178,000.00 - $264,000.00 annually total target cash
