Director, Business Operations

What you'll do

• Advise regional leadership on strategy, priorities, planning, budgets, headcount, and resource allocation.
• Lead operating and performance reviews, track OKRs and metrics, and use data to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Improve operating models and workflows, and coordinate cross-functional execution across commercial and operational teams.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years in senior business operations or general management roles.
• Experience managing complex operating models, end-to-end initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, communication skills, and ability to lead in a matrixed, high-change environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in management consulting, e-commerce, digital transformation, or business model transformation.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Salesforce.

Pay

USD $159,500.00 - $236,500.00 Annually base salary (New York City, New York); USD $145,000.00 - $215,050.00 Annually base salary (Chicago, Illinois); USD $145,000.00 - $215,050.00 Annually base salary (Austin, Texas); USD $159,500.00 - $236,500.00 Annually base salary (San Jose, California); USD $137,500.00 - $204,050.00 Annually base salary (Scottsdale, Arizona); USD $137,500.00 - $204,050.00 Annually base salary (Omaha, Nebraska)
