What you'll do
- Design and improve business processes, governance, standards, and performance measures to strengthen quality, compliance, and operational consistency.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to lead global transformation, resolve process challenges, and drive measurable improvements.
- Lead user acceptance testing and change management, and advise executives on performance and improvement opportunities.
