Manager – Business Processes, SOX

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end SOX lifecycle for business-process controls, including planning, risk assessment, scoping, and deficiency remediation.
• Lead and develop the SOX team; partner with external auditors and business leaders on control design, audit issues, and process improvements.
• Use data analytics, automation, and AI to improve risk coverage, and develop frameworks for risks in AI-driven processes.

What they ask for

• At least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, and/or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience modernizing SOX programs and a track record owning and scaling SOX programs.
• Strong financial process and accounting skills; experience leading cross-functional initiatives and teams.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, and/or CISSP.
• Experience with large-scale system, M&A, or ERP implementations; Optro (aka AuditBoard) experience is a plus.

Pay

Chicago, Illinois: ($106,000.00 - $157,300.00 Annually) USD base salary; Austin, Texas: ($106,000.00 - $157,300.00 Annually) USD base salary; Scottsdale, Arizona: ($100,500.00 - $149,600.00 Annually) USD base salary; Omaha, Nebraska: ($100,500.00 - $149,600.00 Annually) USD base salary
