Senior Lead Product Manager, Risk Decisioning Platform

What you'll do

• Set the risk domain’s multi-year vision and product roadmap with risk strategy leaders, balancing business outcomes and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams through platform transitions, strategy launches, controlled rollouts, and ongoing optimization; track business outcomes.
• Represent the domain to executives, establish execution and review mechanisms, and mentor product managers.

What they ask for

• Significant product-building experience in fraud, account integrity, credit, or another risk domain, partnering closely with risk strategy leaders.
• Deep knowledge of risk decisioning and tuning, including rules, ML models, features, step-up and friction treatments, and loss/customer-experience tradeoffs.
• Strong quantitative skills with risk metrics and ability to connect product changes to business impact.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive milestone-based delivery across many teams.

Nice to have

• Experience launching through controlled rollouts and experimentation, including champion/challenger tests and staged traffic ramps.
• Experience leading platform migrations from legacy risk systems while protecting performance.

Pay

San Jose, California: $196,500 - $333,500 Annually (base salary); Austin, Texas: $178,500 - $303,500 Annually (base salary); Chicago, Illinois: $178,500 - $303,500 Annually (base salary)
