Build and operate PayPal’s enterprise quality function by establishing consistent standards and improving how products are built, launched, and operated.
What you'll do
- Create and standardize process maps, requirements, and best practices; identify process problems and drive global improvements.
- Manage end-to-end cross-functional programs, including user acceptance testing and process-improvement initiatives.
- Develop and track quality metrics, and partner with teams to streamline workflows and improve operational effectiveness.
