Sr. Account Executive, AI Partnerships

What you'll do

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with AI companies and emerging technology organizations.
• Develop and scale partnerships across personal AI agents and agentic commerce, including MCP and plugin-based models.
• Lead complex projects, resolve issues, and improve processes and business performance.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Payments industry experience and strong understanding of the payments ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of the AI landscape, business models, and evolving payments needs of high-growth AI companies.
• Must reside within a 2-hour radius of a listed PayPal office.

Nice to have

• Experience building relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across product, payments, finance, and technology.
• Experience scaling MCP and plugin-based partnerships across emerging AI platforms.
