Supports PayPal’s corporate development team in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, from target assessment and diligence through deal completion and integration.
What you'll do
- Coordinate transaction activities, including due diligence and post-deal integration; support transactions across their phases.
- Prepare investment memos, financial models, valuation analyses, business cases, and recommendations for investment opportunities.
- Monitor portfolio companies and KPIs, conduct market and financial analysis, and prepare presentations and communications.
