Sr Lead Product Manager

What you'll do

• Set platform strategy and architectural roadmap, balancing customer needs, technical delivery, profitability, and regulatory requirements.
• Translate measurable outcomes into product specifications; track platform health and lead experimentation, rule governance, and legacy migration.
• Coordinate cross-functional work and lead product reviews and steering committee updates.

What they ask for

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical foundation in scaled platforms, such as recommendation engines, real-time inference systems, or ML/AI infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience in decisioning, recommendation engines, or real-time scoring; familiarity with feature stores, inference pipelines, rule engines, or A/B experimentation.
• Track record of platform adoption across internal teams, strong data intuition, and experience with agile delivery at scale.
