Provide product and regulatory legal counsel for PayPal and Venmo consumer credit products, advising on compliance, risk, partnerships, and regulatory matters from product development through ongoing operations.
What you'll do
- Advise on consumer credit product design, disclosures, underwriting, servicing, collections, marketing, and customer communications; help ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Support BNPL expansion, government relations, regulatory exams and inquiries, and commercial partnerships; prepare practical guidance and training for business teams.
- Manage legal risk and complex issues, partner across the enterprise, and identify opportunities to improve legal workflows using AI-enabled tools.
