Sr Manager, Bank Financial Planning & Analysis

What you'll do

• Own the Bank’s financial forecast, annual operating plan, long-range plan, net interest income forecast, and management reporting.
• Lead close, expense and variance analysis, forecast governance, and presentations of results and forecasts to senior leaders.
• Partner across the business, build and retain an effective team, and provide leadership with analysis, recommendations, and risk insights.

What they ask for

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to build financial models, manage forecast assumptions, explain variances, and prepare executive-ready materials.
• Experience in a regulated environment, including documentation, controls, cross-functional collaboration, and governance.
• Strong understanding of bank financial statements, net interest income, deposit economics, operating expenses, and forecast-to-actual analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with de novo bank formation, industrial banks, bank subsidiaries, or regulated legal-entity finance environments.
• Empyrean or similar bank forecasting and funds transfer pricing tools; MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant advanced degree or professional certification.

$123,500.00 - $183,700.00 USD annually (base salary)
