Sr Manager, SEC Reporting

What you'll do

• Prepare and review Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K and drive the filing process and timeline.
• Partner across finance and business teams on accounting matters, transactions, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Prepare executive and committee materials and improve reporting processes, including automation.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and strong technical expertise in US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing SEC filings for a large accelerated filer, including Inline XBRL tagging.
• Proven cross-functional project management, communication, and professional judgment in interpreting accounting and disclosure guidance.

Nice to have

• Active CPA and Big 4 public accounting foundation, with external reporting and accounting policy experience at a large public company.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows, disclosure management platforms (Workiva preferred), or other reporting technology.

Pay
