- Gather customer requirements and assist with discovery sessions, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Prepare standard product demonstrations and configure, maintain, and troubleshoot demonstration environments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Implementation teams to communicate capabilities and document proposed solutions.
