Owns end-to-end design of member experiences across Pelago’s voice-first AI Sona and mobile app, including assessment, care matching, ongoing support, and transitions to clinician-led care.
What you'll do
- Design and iterate on member journeys across conversational AI, voice, and mobile, from discovery through launch.
- Conduct user research and use member feedback and product analytics to improve experiences.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Growth teams to design clear, accessible interactions and AI-to-clinician handoffs.
