About the job

Leads a small DevOps team and builds repeatable deployment, observability, and self-remediation capabilities for Pelico in customer-owned, on-premises, air-gapped, and regulated cloud environments.

What you'll do

  • Package and deploy Pelico across single-VM, Kubernetes, air-gapped, and private-cloud environments using Helm, Compose, and Terraform/IaC.
  • Design diagnostics, observability, and remediation so customer IT teams can operate and recover deployments independently.
  • Lead delivery of enterprise deployments and establish Pelico’s GovCloud/FedRAMP posture, including controls as code.

What they ask for

  • Experience operating enterprise software in customer-owned/on-premises/air-gapped environments, or equivalent depth with regulated or government-cloud environments.
  • Current hands-on Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform/IaC, and Docker/Compose experience.
  • Experience owning enterprise deliverables end-to-end with customer IT, including scope, checkpoints, and delivery dates.
  • Hands-on technical leadership; ideally managed approximately 3+ engineers or is ready to lead a small team.

Nice to have

  • GovCloud or FedRAMP experience, including AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, GCP Assured Workloads, or relevant authorization experience.
  • Aerospace, defense, government, regulated on-premises, air-gap, or ITAR/EAR experience.

Tools

Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform/IaC, Docker/Compose, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Splunk, GKE/EKS/AKS
