Lead Forward Deployed Engineer

What you'll do

• Build and deliver production-grade AI and data systems, pipelines, and AI-powered agents; integrate them with industrial ecosystems.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to turn operational needs into structured execution and measurable outcomes.
• Formalize deployment best practices and scale the Forward Deployed function.

What they ask for

• 5+ years in Data, Software, ML, or Forward Deployed roles; customer-facing experience is preferred.
• End-to-end data skills, including ingestion through production, with Python, SQL, Snowflake/DBT/Airflow, and AWS.
• Comfort with complex enterprise data, such as ERP, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Proven experience scaling initiatives and leading high-performing teams; strong communication and business acumen.

Nice to have

• Strong solution-framing skills to take a customer need through to an execution plan.
• Systems thinker with a strong ownership and execution mindset.
